Salary:
- TA: Grade 10, £25,992- £27,269 FTE per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £6,797.62– £7,131.59 p.a.)
- LBS: Grade 13, £24,796 FTE per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £2,808.25 p.a.)
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/08/2026, subject to a review of the school’s budget.
Hours: 11.25 (TA) and 5 (LBS) per week
- TA: 13.00 – 15.15, term time only to include INSET days (39 weeks)
- LBS: 12.00PM - 13.00, term time only to exclude INSET days (38 weeks)
- Monday to Friday

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting high-quality universal provision, helping to ensure that all pupils can access learning effectively within the classroom environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Be passionate about making a difference to all children
- Have experience supporting children’s learning, ideally within a school or classroom environment
- Be aspirational for every child and believe that all pupils can learn – even if they haven’t learnt something yet
- Be flexible and able to adapt their practice to support effective learning
- Demonstrate strong pupil management skills, ensuring that learning continues in a calm, structured environment
- Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues, children, and families
- Be a reflective practitioner with a strong desire to learn and continually improve
- Hold a relevant Level 2 NVQ qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum
