The Role: People Support Assistant 

Hours: 37 hours per week (Full time) all year round

Contract: Permanent

Salary: WHF NJC Grade L £24,294- £27,803  

About the role:

The White Horse Federation is a Multi-Academy Trust of 31 schools in Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire, committed to providing the very best education for our students.

Our People Team are a key part of the Central team, providing a comprehensive HR service to all of our schools and Central team and we are currently recruiting for a People Support Assistant to join our team. This is an on-site role, based at our Central Office in Swindon where you will join our People Operations Team in providing support for talent and resourcing, onboarding and general HR administration.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has some office administration experience, ideally within an educational setting.

• Has strong organisational skills and an ability to multi-task successfully.

• Has good IT knowledge including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Has some knowledge of safer recruitment practices, although full training will be provided.
