Daily working hours: Monday to Friday 08:15am to 16:15pm
Typer of Contract: Permanent, Term Time 39 weeks + 10 days to be worked during the summer break (total working weeks 41 per year)
Actual annual salary: from £25,644- £29,084 per annum on WHFNJC M grade.
St. Luke’s is a vibrant, thriving and rapidly improving specialist school in Swindon, providing education for secondary-aged children with social, emotional and mental health needs. We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for an experienced and organised School Administrator to join us as a Senior Student Services Officer, to lead and overlook the provision and development of student support services and relevant staff.

All About You
Do you have what it takes to join us? The Senior Student Services Officer we would like to join us will have:
- NVQ 3 or Previous experience in an Administration role, ideally within a school.
- GCSEs (Grade C and above) or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in leading a team.
