Salary Grade: Leadership 18-22 (£71,729 - £79,112)

The White Horse Federation is seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the role of Vice Principal at Melksham Oak Community School.
As a member of the leadership team, the Vice Principal is responsible for overseeing the effective running of the school and ensuring that the highest academic, behavioural and professional standards are maintained at all times. The Vice Principal reports directly to the Principal and deputies for him as required.
The specific responsibilities of the role will be agreed with the successful candidate and will fall within a broadly academic or pastoral portfolio. However, the successful candidate will be expected to provide visible and proactive leadership across all areas of school life.
The role would suit a talented, experienced and passionate Senior Leader who is deeply committed to the trust’s vision for education and who can demonstrate substantial impact in their current role. They will be an energetic and principled leader who is experienced in the management of change and who is able to develop high-performing teams.
