Three Counties Academy Trust (TCAT) comprises Queen Elizabeth High School, St Peter’s Primary School, Bredenbury Primary School, Stoke Prior Primary School and Lugwardine Primary Academy.
TCAT are looking to appoint a reliable, organised, and proactive Assistant Caretaker to support all five schools within the Trust. Working under the direction of the Trust Estates Manager, the successful candidate will carry out routine maintenance checks and cleaning duties, ensuring our school environments are safe, clean, and maintained to a high standard in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our school environments are safe, clean, and well-maintained to a high standard, carrying out routine maintenance checks and cleaning duties in a timely and efficient manner.
It is expected the successful applicant will have:
• A keen awareness of the surroundings in order to prevent accidents or report incidents.
• An understanding and perception of the need for a high standard of cleanliness in schools.
• Possess a thorough approach to cleaning and the storage of cleaning materials
• The ability to work effectively with other cleaning staff and managers.
• The ability to be able to work independently
• A good time keeper.
• Clean Driving Licence
• To work in support of the ethos of the school.
• The ability to relate well to pupils, parents and staff in schools
• Previous experience of cleaning
