We require enthusiastic members of staff to work as Teaching Assistant-Inclusion (Learning Support Assistant) at Three Rivers Academy on a Fixed-term basis in first instance. This role promotes the inclusion and acceptance of all students, encourage independence and provide strategies to recognise and reward achievement in all its forms.

Fixed-term: till August 2021

Working week: Monday – Friday, 8:18am - 4:00pm (includes 30 minutes unpaid break)

Candidates should able to demonstrate basic numeracy and literacy, e.g. through GCSE qualification in English and Maths or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.

This position may be of interest to people who wish to consider a career in teaching to get classroom experience prior to commencing teacher training.
