Hours: 37 hours per week | 8.00am-4.00pm | Term Time + 3 week

Salary: Grade 3, Point 5 (actual salary £17,919)
We are looking to appoint a Junior Administrator who is willing to learn and able to work in our fast-paced office. You will work alongside a team of Administrators to provide excellent support to colleagues, students and parents to ensure the efficient running of the school during our busy morning period. You will be responsible for completing a number of different administrative processes and should be able to prioritise work effectively and work on your own initiative.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and resilient with good attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard. We are looking for a highly organised individual who is able to remain calm under pressure. We are looking for a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to look for solutions and take responsibility for their area of work. This role would be ideal for a gap year student looking to gain experience in an educational setting.
In this role you will work to complete the necessary administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the school including, but not limited to, termly student returns, website updates, preparing and distributing parents’ letters, maintaining accurate student records, trips, exams and exclusions. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors to the school as well as parents, staff and students. You will also be deal with incoming calls and queries to the school and have the ability to communicate effectively.
School experience is not necessary as full training is provided but would be an advantage.
