Willowbrook Mead Primary Academy seek an enthusiastic and flexible Assistant Premises Officer to join our friendly, hardworking premises teams.

Ideally the applicant will have flexibility to cover the school's Premises Officer when required and work during the school holidays. The ideal working hours are 2pm to 6pm during term time.

Willowbrook Mead Primary Academy is part of The Mead Educational Trust.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a building and maintenance specialist to join our school community and make an active contribution to the maintenance and development of the school.

You will undertake a range of duties which will include:

  • Opening or closing the sites,
  • Ensuring the sites are safe and secure,
  • Supporting a strong Health and Safety culture,
  • Planned and preventative maintenance,
  • Site and grounds maintenance,
  • Cleaning and supporting the cleaning team,
  • Inducting contractors and supervision on site,
  • Deliveries

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and must be able to maintain a flexible approach to respond to urgent requests.
