Job overview
To implement the existing computer science TMET curriculum across our Trust schools and support the Director of Education in integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and digital innovation concepts into the wider curriculum. This role involves inspiring and engaging students in AI and digital innovation, equipping them with the necessary skills for the digital age, while also collaborating with external partners to bring real-world applications and experiences into the classroom.
Job requirements
- Qualified to degree level or above in Computer Science or its equivalent and QTS
- High performance teaching experience with a proven track record, resulting in consistently high levels of student progress.
- Experience of managing change successfully in collaboration with the principal and leadership teams.
- Participation in educational research or collaboration with educational bodies and professional learning networks to stay updated on new trends.
- Experience in the use of digital technology innovation to improve practice.
- Experience in the use of Artificial Intelligence to improve practice and reduce workload.
- Knowledge of the variety of Artificial Intelligence tools available to use in education.
