Make a positive difference – every day.

The Mead Educational Trust is an energetic and dynamic family of 13 primary and secondary schools in and around Leicester. As a family of schools, we leverage our collective strengths in order to make a positive difference to the life chances of children and young people and to our wider community.

At the heart of all we do is a commitment to provide our pupils access to a world-class education, our schools with excellent school-to-school support, and our staff with high quality professional development.

This is an exciting time to join our central HR Team. We are committed to furthering our already strong commitment to employee well-being and developing a culture that recognise Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

As a member of a small central team of HR professionals, you will be the key link between our schools and the Central support team. You will support the delivery of our initiatives and provide timely, and solution focussed HR advice and guidance to leaders and managers on the consistent application of TMET HR policies and procedures, which supports the delivery of the Trust’s overall strategic aims, objectives and values.

With a professional qualification in HR you should have an ability to foster positive working relationships between HR and school leaders / managers. You will be able to demonstrate successful experience of working in an education setting delivering HR advice and guidance.
