37.5 hours per week, Term Time (38 weeks per year) plus 3 Professional Learning Days

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:00 pm with 30min lunch

We are looking to expand our dedicated Inclusion Team by recruiting a Learning and Behavior Mentor. We are seeking to appoint a positive, enthusiastic, caring and creative person who is prepared to work in a holistic manner. They should have the ability to help create tailor made intervention packages which are suited to meet each of our students’ unique behaviour needs. They will need to know how to make boundaries of behaviour clear in a firm but fair manner, with a robust, professional, yet sensitive attitude.
