Student Receptionist/First Aider

Details: Permanent, Full Time, Term Time.

Start Date: as soon as possible

Salary: Grade 3, Points 5-6  Actual Salary £18,010- £18,371 per annum

FTE £19,843 - £20,240

39 ½ hours per week, 38 weeks per year plus 18 hours for 3 Professional Learning Days 30 min lunch daily.

Monday 8:00am to 4:15pm

Tuesday 8:00am to 4:15pm

Wednesday 8:00am to 4:15pm

Thursday 8:00am to 4:15pm

Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated individual with an ability to deal positively and sympathetically with students, staff and parents.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to work in a busy office and provide high quality and professional service to students, visitors, parents and outside agencies. The successful candidate will have an excellent communication and administrative skills and flexible outlook of the needs of this job.

This role requires maintaining accurate attendance registers, providing First Aid support in the case of accidents and emergencies and supporting students with medical conditions.. We would like to appoint a positive and enthusiastic person to join our highly supportive and growing team, who wants to work in a school where:

• students are taught in mainstream lessons which allows them to thrive in a positive and productive learning environment;

• students of all ages and abilities readily demonstrate an eagerness to learn and make progress across the curriculum;
