Behaviour Support Centre (BSC) Facilitator

Required as soon as possible

temporary until 31st August 2022 (in the first instance)

NJC Grade E (Range 15 to 20) - Full-time hours x 40 weeks

FTE salary £23,541 to £25,991 (actual salary £20,676 to £22,828)

We are looking for a colleague to facilitate our Behaviour Support Centre provision to help support specific identified students. The role of the BSC Facilitator is to support the school’s Behaviour Policy to allow ‘disruption free’ learning to take place across Tor Bridge High, by the smooth efficient running of the Behaviour Support Centre.

The BSC Facilitator will ensure that appropriate work is given to students who arrive to the centre. The students will follow their regular timetable for the day/ periods spent at the BSC.
