We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed out of hours Sports Centre Coordinator to oversee the smooth running of the Sports Centre. You will act as a keyholder, with responsibilities that include running the operation of evening lettings, coordinating the team of Sports staff, ensuring the onsite pitches, courts and areas are suitable for clients etc.

Job Purpose:

To ensure the smooth running of the out of hours lettings of the school premises providing excellent customer services to both clients and guest using our facilities. 

Responsible to managing the bookings of our school’s facilities after hours and at weekends. Providing excellent organisational skills, effective communication and a customer centred approach.

To oversee and coordinate the evening use of the facilities, ensuring that all administrative and financial procedures are executed with effectiveness and efficiency.
