The Governors of Ponthir Church in Wales School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant.
Ponthir Church in Wales School is situated at the heart of the community in the popular village of Ponthir and has a pupil roll of 100 children. Our vision is to be a school where pupils aspire to reach their full potential, develop spiritually, grow in independence, respect one another and endure through every challenge as we care, learn and grow together.
Ponthir Church in Wales School is a vibrant, nurturing, and inclusive primary school at the heart of the community. Rooted in Christian values, we are committed to supporting the academic, emotional, and spiritual development of every child. We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to support learning, encourage pupil progress, and contribute to a caring, stimulating environment for all children.

Welsh Language Skills are desirable for this post but not essential.
