The School Support Officer is the first point of contact for visitors to the school including parents, staff and children. The Officer should be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the School in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, it is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and has a 'can do' approach to work. The School Support Officer is also required to assist the Senior School Support Officer with various administrative tasks, requiring a good level of communication both oral and written and good IT skills.
Woodlands is a very successful community focussed school which was rated as 'Excellent' by Estyn in 2014 and again in 2019.
