About Us

We invite you to join our team at Trinity Academy. Trinity is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. We are a values based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and each other and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress and as such, we are looking for an exceptional leader and teacher to join us in our mission.

Cathedral Schools Trust (CST) is a family of schools committed to inspiring learning both in and beyond the classroom. With a strong focus on music and the creative arts, we support every student and staff member in reaching their full potential. If you’re looking for a Trust that values creativity, growth, and meaningful learning, CST could be the perfect place for you.

Cathedral Schools Trust (CST) and Trust in Learning Academies (TiLA) will be merging on 1st March 2026 to become Amplify Education. The aim of the merger is to bring together our shared values and strengths to enhance educational outcomes.

All staff who are employed by Cathedral Schools Trust at the date of the merger including any new employees who join prior to the merger date will transfer into the newly merged Trust (the legal entity that is currently TiLA) in accordance with TUPE regulations (Transfer of Undertakings and Protection of Employment).

The Opportunity

We are looking for a native French or Spanish teacher to support our highly ambitious modern foreign languages team. If you join us, you will provide 2 hours a week supporting students with their French or Spanish speaking skills. You will meet with students on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis and, with guidance from the MFL team, work with our students to build confidence, improve their pronunciation and deepen their cultural awareness of French and Spanish speaking countries.

If you join us, you will benefit from:

  • Trinity is a ‘Good’ school with ‘Outstanding’ leadership and management and ‘Outstanding‘ Personal Development’ (Ofsted Jan 2024)

“This is an ambitious school that wants the very best for its pupils, both academically and pastorally”.

The progress of our students is significantly above the national average (P8 +0.53)

  • We develop our people
  • We have hardworking staff and students who want to do well

About You
