About Us

Amplify Education is a newly formed multi-academy trust of 22 schools in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, created through the thoughtful and planned merger of TiLA and CST. A bold voice for Bristol, we build belief in every young person, expand opportunities, nurture potential and strengthen citizenship. If you’re looking for a Trust that is ambitious, reflective and collaborative, Amplify Education could be the perfect place for you.

We invite you to join our team at Trinity Academy. Trinity is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. We are a values based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and each other and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress and as such, we are looking for an exceptional teacher to join us in our mission.

We are a music specialist school which means:

  • 10% of our students gain entrance to the school through a music aptitude test
  • All year 7 students are offered a free instrument and heavily discounted lessons
  • All year 7 and 8 students sing in a weekly choir. The school has 5 choirs which all rehearse weekly.
  • Key Stage 3 students receive 2 weekly 50 minute lessons
  • A third of our students have instrumental/vocal lessons
  • Vocal lessons are extremely popular, with 44 students currently having them
  • Complete support from the Headteacher, the Leadership team and the Trust in prioritising music
