We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual who will work as part of the Future Skills Department to support and co-ordinate incoming enquires and apprenticeship recruitment activities for businesses and prospective apprentices; providing professional advice, course information, funding guidance and pricing details.

Applicants must have strong experience of delivering excellent customer service, ideally within a business environment, the ability to plan, organise and work under pressure and be a strong communicator.

A qualification in one or more of the following would be desirable: Information, Advice and Guidance, Administration or Customer Service.
