This is an exciting opportunity to work across our new STEM & Health Centre in Bodmin, and our specialist Engineering facilities at our Truro Campus. This role will focus on the delivery, assessment and development of engineering apprentices, including taking a lead on assessing in the workplace, liaising with employers, and assisting learners in their development. • Be familiar with awarding bodies such as EAL and C&G

• Have a good understanding of modern manufacturing/maintenance technology and processes

• Possess the ability to motivate, support, and encourage learners at all levels

A full clean driving license and your own transport is essential, as a significant part of the role will involve visiting employers and apprentices in the workplace.
