Management Trainer (Truro)
Hourly rate will be based on a band in the range of
£24.68 – £36.65 per hour
Due to the successful expansion of our leadership and management provision, we are looking to update and expand our bank of outstanding Management Trainers. We are advertising for individuals with management experience able to deliver to leaders and managers across all sectors within Cornwall.
Depending on the applicant there are opportunities to teach on a variety of programmes including ILM (Levels 2 to 7) and bespoke provision which may include management coaching and action learning.
Applicants should hold a degree or similar professional qualification and a recognised teaching qualification and have the energy and enthusiasm needed to contribute to a successful College. Experience of coaching and facilitation in a professional environment would also be an advantage.
