After 12 ½ years of service, our existing Nursery Manager has decided to take up a new role. Therefore, an exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to manage the Truro College Day Nursery which aims to deliver high quality care and education, suitable to the individual needs of each child who uses the nursery. The children benefit from a carefully planned curriculum, which builds on the child’s interest and abilities. This is achieved through purposeful play situations, valuing structured and spontaneous exploration as a real learning opportunity in the early years.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced individual to manage the Truro College Day nursery on a day-to-day basis which is open Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm. Applicants should have significant management experience in a childcare setting and experience of managing budgets and a team of staff as well as a working knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage. A level 3 childcare qualification is essential.

Interviews are likely to take place on 26 October 2021.
