Truro and Penwith College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Pathways Team Administrator to join our Progression Pathways and SEND team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting inclusive education and student progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide administrative support to the Head of Pathways and wider team

• Provide a calm, reassuring, and consistent presence to support SEND learners in their daily activities.

• Coordinate timetables, student data, and attendance monitoring

• Organise events including Annual Reviews, open days, and learner voice activities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Professional, reliable, and diplomatic approach

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

• Experience in educational administration is desirable
