We are looking to appoint a highly organised and motivated individual to join our dedicated University Centre team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a wide range of Higher Education administrative functions, providing excellent support to students and staff across admissions, student records, programme administration and quality assurance.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be a key point of contact for applicants and students, support the enrolment process, help maintain accurate student records and play an active role in the coordination of open events, induction days, and graduation. You will also be involved in the scheduling and servicing of academic and quality assurance meetings and assist in the management of external examiner arrangements.

Applicants should have strong IT and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a friendly and professional communication style. An understanding of UCAS processes and Higher Education systems would be an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Interviews will take place as and when we receive suitable applications, so this role may close sooner than advertised.

We offer a generous package with benefits including up to 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and College closure days, LGPS pension scheme, relocation package, free on-site parking and a variety of on-site benefits and discounts.
