- Working alongside the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to deliver the school's vision and strategic priorities.
- Leading agreed areas of school improvement and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact.
- Contributing to self-evaluation, policy development and organisational effectiveness.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, families, governors and external professionals.

- A collaborative professional who builds strong relationships and works effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operational leadership with long-term planning.
- A resilient, adaptable and solution-focused individual who remains calm under pressure.
- A strong advocate for inclusion and high aspirations for all learners.
- Someone committed to continuous professional development and helping others grow.
- A qualified teacher with the skills, knowledge and ambition to contribute to senior leadership within a specialist setting.
