Apprenticeship Data and Finance Support Officer

The Business Development Department has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Apprenticeship Data and Finance Support Officer to join our team. You will have the responsibility to implement and coordinate robust data systems and processes to ensure all Apprenticeship data and financial records are properly recorded and controlled including maintaining auditable evidence to achieve successful outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of using information systems effectively to track the performance and report outcome of students. You will need to demonstrate good IT skills have sound organisational and analytical skills, be able to take speedy and remedial action as required. You should have excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skills together with a commitment to working effectively and contribute positively and creatively as part of a team. Knowledge and understanding of ESFA funding rules and regulations, especially around apprenticeships is essential.
