• 30 hours per week, permanent position
. Hours of work 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (8.30am – 3.00pm, half an hour unpaid lunchbreak)
• Term time only (38 weeks per year)
• £22,369 - £24,496 FTE; actual salary £15,133 - £16,572 (NJC points 7-12)

At Uffculme School attendance is everything. We are acutely aware of the impact that lower attendance can have on the success, outcomes, engagement and mental health and wellbeing of young people and we are committed to ensuring that we work to raise attendance for every pupil.
We are looking to recruit an individual who is relentless in the pursuit of increasing attendance for every student and who is able to work skilfully with staff, young people and their families to support improving attendance. You will be an individual who has a keen eye for detail and is able to work in a thorough way to ensure the attendance and safety of our young people.
