Catering Assistant – Term Time Only

30 hours per week with the potential to increase to 35 hours

• Monday to Friday

• Term time only

• 8:30am to 3pm or 4pm to be discussed at interview

• £17,842 per annum pro rata (actual £12,017 per annum)

• Some flexibility required

• To start in September 2021 or as soon as possible


The role is predominantly based in the Year 11 café however you may also be asked to assist in the main school kitchen as and when required. The purpose of this role is to organise, manage and complete the preparation, cooking and service of food and beverages to all the school’s customers.

You will be required to be organised whilst able to maximise the quality and efficiency of the service. It will be essential to always maintain a safe and hygienic working environment. You will also be required to supervise Year 11 children during study periods.
