We are seeking to appoint an EYFS Teaching Assistant on a fixed term contract, to provide support for pupils within a mainstream class in a variety of subjects, whilst also working with children in intervention groups. You will work together with the class teacher to ensure all children make strong start to their primary school life, that they make good academic progress, as well as ensuring that each child grows as an all-round individual. The successful candidate will also be a mealtime assistant during lunchtimes to provide our children with a calm and positive lunchtime experience that is safe, sociable, and fun.
A warm, firm, and caring approach to children is essential. Ideally, you will have had experience working in an early years environment; however, we are seeking someone who is compassionate and wants the very best for children.
