Actual Salary: £16,798 NJC Point 7

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week (worked ideally across a full week although a 4 day working pattern may be considered); 42 weeks pa (Term-time plus 90 hours)

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our busy central team based at Uffculme School working 30 hours per week on a permanent basis.

This role is part of our Central Team and will play a crucial part in supporting the Trust HR Manager to deliver a comprehensive, customer focussed and efficient service to the schools within our Trust.

We are looking for someone who can deliver high standards of professional HR support and be proactive in supporting managers. Working closely with the Trust HR Manager and School Business Managers you will support a wide range of HR activity whilst playing a key role in developing our procedures and policies. You will also act as a point of contact for HR enquiries providing information and support. This role requires the successful candidate to be confident in dealing with managers and staff at all levels and effective at building relationships.

HR experience in a school or Multi Academy Trust would also be an advantage, but is not essential.

We can offer a competitive salary, a Local Government pension, a term time only (plus 90 hours) working pattern, free onsite parking, and discounted membership at our onsite gym. We encourage our staff to broaden their skills and knowledge through continuous learning and development.
