Term time plus INSETS and 1 week (40 working weeks per year)

The Castle School is seeking to appoint a Marketing, PR & Communications Assistant. This is an exciting role where the successful candidate will use social media, the school website, poster displays and write regular press articles, publicising events and activities within the school. The aim of the role is to promote a positive and consistent image of the school and its associated activities effectively to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.
The post is for 22 hours per week. The actual days and hours worked can be agreed with the successful candidate, but these will need to fit in within school hours. It is term time, plus INSET days, and an extra 22 hours across the year to attend evening school events, such as open evening and awards evening, plus exam results day during the summer holidays.
