The Directors of Uffculme Academy Trust are delighted to be in a position to recruit a Trust lead for Primary and EYFS to provide advice and support to our primary school

leaders and governors. We are looking for a well-informed, experienced leader with current or recent experience of headship in a primary school. The role is particularly suitable for a serving Headteacher whose present employer is willing to release them for a day a week or a recently retired Headteacher.

You will have an excellent track record of school improvement and managing change and will have demonstrated this in one or more schools. You are able to take people with you and have gained the respect of your colleagues and peers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain additional experience working across more than one school in two local authorities as well as to bring your knowledge and expertise to our Headteachers.

For an informal chat about this post, please contact the CEO, Lorraine Heath at Uffculme Academy Trust.

To apply, please read the application pack, complete the application form and provide a two-sided supporting letter outlining your skills, experience and suitability for the post.

Closing date: 12 noon 20th May 202
