Primary School Clerk

• Clerk needed for Uffculme Primary School and Neroche Primary School

• 100 hours per annum

• £22,183 per annum pro rata (£1,310 per annum actual)

• Immediate start

Neroche Primary School and Uffculme Primary School, in conjunction with the Directors of Uffculme Academy Trust, are seeking to appoint a highly organised and efficient Clerk to support their Local Governing Committees.

We are looking for an effective communicator who is self-motivated and able to demonstrate excellent, up to date IT and administrative skills. Duties include preparing and circulating agendas, taking minutes, handling correspondence and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

The role requires Clerking for 5 meetings for each school within each academic year, for a total of 100 hours per year. The hours include meeting preparation time, attending and typing up the meeting minutes and follow up tasks. Access to the internet is an essential requirement.

We are able to offer an immediate start date and a salary of £22,183 (NJC scale point D 12) per annum pro rata, £1310 per annum actual. The Trust will pay travel expenses to the furthest Trust school.
