We are looking to recruit a Receptionist and Communications Officer to predominantly support our Office Manager with the general administration of the school. The role will involve promoting the activity and success of the school through electronic and physical media including press releases, producing school newsletters and weekly bulletins for parents.

A good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Experience with the Capita SIMS software would be great advantage although training will be given.

In return, the Academy offers a staff wellbeing programme, discounted access to its sports facilities and the opportunity to join the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Working hours are - 08.00am - 2.30pm (with a half hour unpaid lunch break)

Working 39 weeks of the year (Term time plus 5 INSET days)
