Student Support Assistant

31 hours per week - Term time only

Salary Level: UST S4

Employment Status: 31 hours per week (30 minutes unpaid lunch per day), Monday - 8.20am to 3.10pm Tuesday to Friday – 8.30am to 3.10pm (39 weeks per annum term time only plus INSET days). Required as soon as possible

Salary £21,752 to £24,447 per annum (FTE), Actual Salary £16,114 to £18,110 per annum dependent on skills and experience.

We are looking to expand our Student Support Team to ensure students with additional needs make even greater progress and feel safe and secure within our school.

If you are looking to get into teaching via a SCITT route or other teacher training avenues then this would be a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school and gain some valuable experience. You will play an integral part in ensuring student in your care make at least expected progress.

You will have access to high quality resources, including a SPIRIT room and adjoining SPIRIT garden as well as access to CPD to develop your knowledge and understanding.
