To provide an effective and efficient level of administrative and systems support, demonstrated and delivered by working collaboratively and flexibly within the Projects & Innovation function. The role will support the delivery of CPD programmes and responsibility for the efficiency and integrity of CPD systems, records and developing/providing CPD data in the form of reports and statistics. The role will also support the Project Manager in basic administrative duties.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, IT skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook), with the ability to work accurately. A confident and professional approach when dealing with students, staff and outside organisations is required.

As this post is Cross Campus between; Seevic Campus, (Benfleet, Essex) and Palmer’s Campus (Grays, Essex), a full clean driving licence, access to own vehicle and willingness to travel to surrounding areas is required.

An understanding of Safeguarding including Prevent and Keeping Children Safe in Education legislation will also be required.
