HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) has an expanding portfolio of Employer Responsive and Learner Responsive work funded by the Department for Education. We are seeking a well-organised and customer-focused Administrator to provide support to the Quality and Performance Manager and Officer.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Development Consultants, supporting employers with setting up Digital Apprenticeship Accounts, creating DocuSigns to enrol learners and tracking and monitoring DAS accounts/DocuSigns to ensure timely completion of these. You will also lead and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for employer engagement activities. The role will involve effective communication with staff across the College as well as external customers. You will also undertake a wide range of general administration including word processing correspondence, use of Excel and data inputting, analysis/presentation of data and in a professional format.
You will possess strong administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills, and be able to work on your own initiative under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good IT skills are essential, and experience of working with Customer Relationship Management systems highly desirable. The role will be based at the Hayes Campus; however you will also be willing to work across our other campuses at Harrow, Uxbridge and Richmond as required.
