HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) is a successful merged college group, based across 5 campuses.

We are seeking two experienced Payroll professionals to join our friendly and supportive team. Reporting to the Head of Payroll, and working closely with Finance and People teams, you would be responsible for the accurate and timely payment of College employees and producing management information.

Responsibilities will include:

• Calculating all Payroll amendments and deductions in line with the College Pay Policy

• Completing Month end and Year end HMRC procedures

• Undertaking all pension scheme administration, including auto enrolment

• Handling pay and pension queries

• Supporting with the testing of system upgrades

• Identifying and implementing improvements to the payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

We are seeking to appoint a well organised individual who can demonstrate the following:

• Minimum of five years’ current payroll experience

• Up to date knowledge of payroll developments and legislation

• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
