The IT Service Desk Technician is responsible for assisting the IT Manager in the efficient operation of IT systems across the school and assisting in the day to day running and maintenance of the IT systems across the school.

A key aspect of the role is working in partnership within a dedicated specialist team. The ability to provide front line technical support for school services in a timely and effective manner. Problem solving and analytic skills are key, and the ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, resilient and flexible and will demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure.

The Senior IT Service Desk Engineer is a front facing role that requires the aptitude to work through complex planning and an outstanding communicator both in writing and verbally, with the ability to deal with Internal and External stakeholders.
