Learning Associate
Grade 4: £19,312 - £19,698 (pro-rata)
8.15 - 2.40 - Term-Time only
We need to appoint a Learning Associate to support students both in class and in small groups within the school.
Applications are invited from people who have:
enthusiasm and a desire to learn;
the ability to encourage students to become independent;
the ability to draw out the best in students;
a broad general education, including a C/ 4 grade or higher in GCSE English and mathematics (or equivalent)
Applicants do not need to have had experience as a Learning Associate: more important is the genuine commitment to the education of young people. The role would also benefit individuals seeking a future career in teaching.
