Learning Associate
Grade 5: £24,294-£24,702 (pro-rata £17,677) plus Crawley Weighting
8.15am-3.00pm Monday to Friday Term-Time only plus Inset Days
We looking to appoint a Learning Associate to support students both in class and in small groups within the school.
Applications are invited from people who have:
- enthusiasm and a desire to learn;
- the ability to encourage students to become independent;
- the ability to draw out the best in students;
- a broad general education, including a 5 grade or higher in GCSE English and mathematics (or equivalent)
Applicants do not need to have had experience as a Learning Associate: more important is the genuine commitment to the education of young people.
