Youth & Community Education Assistant
Grade 5 (£20,092-£20,493 pro-rata)
Full time/term time + 2 weeks
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and well qualified individual to join our
motivated and successful staff.
We are an ambitious school looking for an individual of a high calibre to contribute to
the delivery of the Oriel Youth & Community Education programme, including elements
of the school’s provision for outdoor education, playing a leading role in running the
Oriel Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and contributing to a variety of Youth Wing
programmes to support student wellbeing.
The three main areas of focus will be:
• Duke of Edinburgh Award
• Forest Schools
• Community Projects
• Youth Wing
Reporting to: Youth & Community Education Leader
Liaising with: Learning Community teams, Pupil Premium team, Enrichment Lead
and our Directors of Learning for SEN, Special Support Centre and Behaviour
therapy.
