Make a real difference in education

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing? Whether you’re seeking a career change, just finished college with a qualification in Education or Early Years, or have experience in care, healthcare, or volunteering with children, we’d love to hear from you.

Formal qualifications help, but they’re not essential. What matters most is your mindset:

Proactive, energetic, and committed to engaging pupils.

Able to inspire confidence and independence.

Calm, patient, and sensitive, providing comfort when children are upset.

Enthusiastic about creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

While previous school experience is desirable, we also welcome applications from candidates who have personal experience supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.

About the role

  • Provide special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) 1:1 support and work with small groups
  • Support pupils across all year groups
  • You may be required to assist children with personal care
  • Term-time only, 10 hours per week in the afternoons
