Windwhistle Primary School in North Somerset is seeking motivated and passionate primary school teachers to teach in KS1 or KS2. About the Role – Primary School Teacher (KS1/KS2)

As a primary school teacher at Windwhistle Primary School, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
  • Inspire pupils through creative, inclusive and engaging lessons
  • Secure high outcomes for all learners, including those with additional needs
  • Meet and exceed the Teachers’ Standards
  • Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge across the whole school
  • Use a wide range of effective pedagogical approaches
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
  • Contribute to the wider life, culture and success of the school
  • Provide both challenge and support to ensure pupil progress
  • Act as a positive role model, influencing pupils’ attitudes, values and learning behaviours
