About the Role – Primary School Teacher (KS1/KS2)
As a primary school teacher at Windwhistle Primary School, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
- Inspire pupils through creative, inclusive and engaging lessons
- Secure high outcomes for all learners, including those with additional needs
- Meet and exceed the Teachers’ Standards
- Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge across the whole school
- Use a wide range of effective pedagogical approaches
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider life, culture and success of the school
- Provide both challenge and support to ensure pupil progress
- Act as a positive role model, influencing pupils’ attitudes, values and learning behaviours
