We are looking for a passionate, resilient, and creative Deputy Headteacher who shares our ambition that all our pupils reach their full potential. As part of the role the Deputy Headteacher will hold the responsibility of DSL and share the role of SENCO so should be willing to undertake training for these responsibilities.
The appointed candidate will:
• have leadership experience and a demonstrable record of contributing to whole school improvement.
• have new ideas to further develop the school and our provision to children.
• promote the school, engaging with parents and carers and seeking networks with the wider community.
• work alongside the Headteacher to develop our broad and creative curriculum and build opportunities for children to excel as young people.
• be non-classed based, share the role of SENCO, and be DSL.
