What we are looking for
- A qualified teacher with Early Years Professional Status or an equivalent Level 6 qualification.
- Proven experience as a good or outstanding Early Years practitioner with a track record of improving pupil outcomes.
- Confident in using assessment data to inform planning and drive improvements in teaching and learning.
- A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to establish clear standards and expectations.
- Proficient in using ICT to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Demonstrates high expectations, a positive attitude, and a commitment to equality and safeguarding.
- Experience working with children with SEND and involvement in home-to-nursery transition is desirable.
