About this Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Office Administrator to assist in the running of our busy school office for 20 hours a week, across 4 mornings 8.30 to 1.30 including INSET days.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess a calm, courteous and professional manner especially when under pressure
- Maintain confidentiality at all times when dealing with parents and staff
- Be familiar with administration work in a busy office or school environment.
- Familiarity with school database packages would be an advantage.
- Have First Aid training or be willing to undertake training
- Have good numeracy and literacy skills
- Be used to working with children and members of the public
- Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise a wide ranging workload whilst adapting to the varying demands of pupils, parents and staff.
- Previous school experience would be an advantage.
