Academy Business Manager
Salary: Grade 10, Points 23–26 (£34,350–£37,950 per annum, full-time equivalent)
Hours: Full-time – 37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks during holidays (Part-time hours may be considered)

Welland Park Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional and highly motivated Academy Business Manager to join our supportive and ambitious team.
As a leading support staff professional, the Academy Business Manager will work closely with the Principal, Director of Finance & Operations, and Senior Team to ensure our Academy meets its educational aims, promoting the highest standards of business ethos and ensuring the most effective use of resources.
The successful candidate will:
•    Lead on financial resource management, payroll, catering services, educational visits, and administration management of such.
•    Act as primary contact for payroll and manage liaison with external providers.
•    Assist in income generation activities and external funding bids.
•    Oversee ParentPay and Evolve systems for educational trips.
•    Work collaboratively across departments to ensure efficiency and value for money.

We welcome applications from candidates with strong finance, administration, and leadership experience, preferably within the education sector, although this is not essential.
