Welland Park Academy is a popular and oversubscribed 11 – 16 Academy.
We currently have an opportunity for a casual Lettings Officer in the Academy’s Estates Team. In this role, you will be ensuring that the Academy is set out and ready for standard and irregular activities as specified. Setting out furniture and equipment, operating some technical equipment and building security including key-holder responsibilities.
You will be customer focused, have good communication skills and be able to work on your own.
You will provide additional capacity for our existing site team to manage the day to day lettings operations that take place 52 weeks of the year, 7 days a week so your areas of responsibility will vary. Hours of work are dependent on need (as much notice as possible will be given) so flexibility and the ability to prioritise are essential along with attention to detail. Working times will mainly be evenings and weekends.
The successful candidate will have a good level of education, be computer literate and have basic health and safety knowledge.
