The purpose of the post is:
- To ensure compliance with the 14-16 Protocol of Provision
- Be responsible for promoting good student attendance, punctuality and discipline
- To lead on key curriculum-related processes
- To supervise PN and other agency staff to support high quality teaching and learning To be the lead IV for the curriculum area as appropriate
- To develop links with external agencies which enrich the curriculum
- To manage annually agreed key project/s
- Assist the Director in setting and meeting programme area targets including student numbers, full cost targets and course viability
